Last weekend I went home to visit my parents to see how they were doing, and like we always do during dinner we watched a Japanese variety shows. While watching one of the shows, the topic about a new dieting technique came up.
Long Breath Diet
A weight loss technique that only requires you to take elongated deep breaths 2 minutes a day. This Long Breath Diet was developed by 53 year old Japanese actor Ryosuke Miki. This was first started out as a way to ease his back pain while walking, then suddenly became a hit dieting exercise in Japan.
How Long Breath Diet Works
The Long Breath diet requires you to be in a specific position that maximizes the outcomes of the breathing. It only involves breathing in through your nose and exhaling through your mouth while pushing out all the air out using your abs stimulating all of the inner core muscles of your abdomen.

I noticed my senior year that I was never physically active throughout college, and because of that I’ve lost stamina, muscle, endurance and my physique. I can’t say that I don’t blame myself because part of it was cause I was super lazy, but the other part of it is because college students like myself don’t have the time! We’re bombarded with assignments, projects, papers, exams, etc. and on top of that most of us are part time workers to earn some living expenses. SO I decided to do some research to help my fellow students how they can stay active without spending all the money and some time saving exercises.
On Monday September 24th I went to my first kickboxing class. My best friend always went to one at Life Time Fitness back home but I never knew what I would get myself into. Honestly I’m not the most physically fit person in the world but I don’t consider myself unfit either but my gosh this was one of the most brutal work outs I’ve ever experienced besides the two days I’ve done insanity. Especially since no one else showed up for the class so it was just the instructor and myself. ONE ON ONE. But I must say it was a good work out and I definitely think I’m gonna keep on going back to the class until I reach my ideal goal.
